Founded by four experienced professionals — Pramod Pachva, Anil Manwani, Vasu Reddy, and Jitendra Mishra — 7Fin represents the vision of 7 Hills Fintech Private Limited. Together, the founding team brings decades of expertise across banking, finance, and entrepreneurship, united by one goal: to build a fintech brand that goes beyond lending and truly supports people’s growth.
With Anil Manwani and Vasu Reddy bringing over 20 years of experience in financial services, and Jitendra Mishra adding 21 years of leadership at Standard Chartered, the team deeply understands the challenges faced by individuals and SMEs. Each founder adds unique strengths — from strategy and market insight to operations and customer trust — shaping 7Fin into a strong and future-ready fintech platform.
Under the leadership of Mr. Pramod Pachva, the driving force behind 7 Hills Fintech Pvt. Ltd., the company launched its first office in Surat in June 2025, with a clear vision to serve India through a blend of digital-first solutions and relationship-driven approach.
